How many items come in a box?
You can select 5, 7, or 10 items iconic to San Antonio that will be included in your box. We also have several premium box options that allow you to add an extra special item to your San Antonio box. Looking for more or less items? Anything is customizable, so feel free to contact us.

Can alcoholic beverages be shipped in the box?
No. We cannot ship any alcohol. We can however include gear such as: hats, koozies, key chains, t-shirts, etc. from companies around San Antonio.
Can I ask for specific items to be put in the box?
Yes! At the time you order your box, you will be able to select from the San Antonio items that are mentioned on our “What’s in the box?” page. If you want to make suggestions of items for future San Antonio boxes you can do so here.
How much does it cost?
You pay $49 for 5 items, $59 for 7 items, or $69 for 10 items to start. We also have special premium products that can be added on to your San Antonio Box. Click here to shop all of our available box options and customize your own.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $15, or $35 if you’d like it expedited.
Do you offer discounts for bulk box orders?

I need a Box fast, do you deliver locally?
Of course! Contact us to set up your local delivery or select “Local San Antonio Delivery” during your checkout. We will contact you to set up a delivery time and we will deliver to the address you list as your shipping address. Delivery is only allowed within the 1604 Loop in San Antonio, TX. If you’d like to confirm that your address in within our limits, feel free to contact us.
Can I pick up my box?
Absolutely. Select “Pickup” during checkout and we will reach out to you with pickup information. If you do not hear from us, feel free to contact us for an update on your order.
Can I order now and schedule a later delivery date for a special occasion like for a birthday, anniversary, or holiday?
Yes! When placing your order you will be allowed to select a later delivery date for your box to arrive on. We make no guarantees that your box will arrive on that specified date but will do our absolute best to make sure it arrives on or just before the delivery date you want. Please let us know if you have a desired date in the notes section at checkout.
Can you ship to a military APO / FPO address?
Yes! We even offer a military discount. Use code SAmilitary10 to receive 10% off.
How long will it take for my box to arrive?
Once we receive your order, it will take between 2-4 business days to ship. Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email from us with and a tracking number. If you do not receive either of these emails please contact us! All domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail with tracking and should take no longer than 2-4 business days to arrive.
What if I have a limited corporate gifting budget?
We want everyone to have the opportunity to shop local for their corporate events/gifts. We will always work with any budget and will do our best to accommodate your gifting needs.
