Something New Is Coming Downtown: Our First Farmers Market at Peacock Alley!
We are SO excited to share something new happening at San Antonio in a Box!
On Saturday, August 15th from 10 AM–2 PM, we’ll be hosting our very first Downtown Farmers Market at Peacock Alley, right outside our downtown San Antonio in a Box location!
And for us, this market is about so much more than shopping.
Why a Farmers Market?
San Antonio in a Box was created with one big mission in mind: support local businesses and help more people discover the incredible products being made right here in San Antonio.
Over the years, one of our favorite parts of this business has been introducing someone to a local product they’ve never tried before—and then hearing that they went back and purchased directly from that business.
That connection is everything to us.
When we opened our downtown location, we started thinking about how we could use this space to create even more of those connections. Peacock Alley gives us such a unique opportunity to bring people together right in the heart of downtown, and a farmers market felt like the perfect way to do it!
Shop Local in Downtown San Antonio
Our Downtown Farmers Market will feature a rotating group of local makers, small businesses, food vendors, artisans and entrepreneurs from around San Antonio.
Come grab a coffee, bring your family or a friend, stroll through Peacock Alley, meet the people behind some amazing local businesses and discover something new.
You may come for one thing and leave with a new favorite salsa, sweet treat, handmade product, gift or local business you never knew existed!
That is exactly what we hope happens.
